Much better than before service there has always been very slow. This time was much faster. Food good this time too.

Pulled into the drive-through at 8:20 p.m. did not pull away from window until 8:45 p.m. on 05/15/18, the drive-through cashier was friendly but was scratching her back on the lids/straw holder while waiting for food to be prepared. Had a bag full of food and was given four sauce packets and no napkins. This is the second time in a month this has happened hopefully this changes very soon.

Clean environment. Most of the staff is friendly. Our food was done properly, quickly, and it was good. The dining area has handicap accessible seating. My only complaint would be that the register operators are not familiar enough with the products. When a customer has a question, they need to be able to answer.

Accurate order and friendly...they were busy but still did not have to wait too long.

The food is okay, I enjoy it. But the service takes so long. I usually have to plan a half-hour wait between ordering and getting the meals.
