Extremely rude behavior. After getting my pedicure, I realized my nails were all uneven and looked messy. I usually get my nails done from one girl and she was busy. So I asked for another girl and this is what I get! I told the owner in the nicest possible way that if possible for my regular girl to fix the mess. She yelled and screamed at me in front of other customers in the store! She started yelling in Chinese. How rude!!!!! Mind you, they never answer their phone so there is no way to make an appointment. I have been coming to this place for last five years. I could not believe the way I was treated! I stayed quiet and told myself I won’t be going back to this place and that’s only for the treatment I received after spending so much money here. Shame on them.

They always treated me with respect and easy to talk with. They are meticulously careful and the salon is very clean.

HORRIBLE experience. My nails were very long and I asked for a SMALL trim and shape. All my nails are incredibly short and UNEVEN.
I needed acrylic on a couple of nails and I ask to have it done natural looking and look at what they did. She make bubble nails all while constantly checking her phone and gossiping with the other women. HORRIBLE JOB.

The nice & friendly staff does excellent work on nails which can last more than a month. They're also conveniently located in a nice community.
