Absolutely horrible. We have been to a few quick quack car wash locations, and this is the only one that was an incredible disappointment. Vacuums were extremely weak, so much that we were not able to even vacuum up small crumbs. The lot was a mess. There was trash everywhere and many disconnected the vacuum hoses lying around. The majority of the lights were also broken, so we were basically cleaning of the dark. I called customer service to see about getting a refund. They basically told me they do not allow refunds, even considering the poor service that we received. Such a waste.

This place can get alil pricey if you wash your vehicle more than once a week. If so you probably should get there unlimited package. For people like me that just wash there cars once a week or once every other week, I recommend this place. The workers are always polite but The only reason why I don't give this five stars is that they don't wipe down the vehicles. They do provide free vacuum and areas to wipe down your vehicle.
