They gave me a fabulous pedicure, she really went the extra mile to make sure they were perfect. Great conversation and incredibly friendly owners!

Tima's Salon was the worst experience I could ever possibly imagine. Literally left in tears. I had been looking forward to this mani pedi gift cert my mother n law had purchased for my birthday. I attempted to schedule an appt on numerous occasions and was flat out refused to be scheduled, even caught the owner in a few lies as to why i couldn't come in. Finally after having my husband schedule me in I was able to go. I was so excited this was a rare moment for me to pamper myself and be without kids. It was as if she didn't want me to come in bc she new I'd not be paying any money even tho she had already received money the day the gift cert was purchased. Parking was terrible, No massage was ever given, never got to pick out my nail color for pedi, I had been telling them that I wanted gel nails w a design from day one on the phone and my husband as well and was told I'd have to pay $12 in addition to the cert, I was alright w that. So while making the apt they were aware I wanted this. I told the nail tech, (who was sweet but obviously didn't want to be there) that I wanted the long gel/acrylic nails with a french tip or design, they refused to do a design but said I could do a french tip. Long Story short my nails looked better before I came in, my nails were cut very short and it looked like a 5 yr did them. They were terrible! I received to gel/acrylic nails like requested and my nails had to be done twice. No massage was given, I simple got a half a** white thin line smeared all over my finger tips. When it came time to hurry me out I gave my gift certificate and was told i stilled owed $15. Oh and yes once again my husband confirmed the gel/acrylic request and she told him it was called Shallac, let me tell you that shallac is simply a type of nail polish now where near a gel/acrylic fake nail as requested, especially for the justification of not receiving a massage and paying $15. VERY UPSET will never and make sure nobody goes there
