DO NOT let Nancy give you a pedicure. She trimmed my nails crooked, did not give me a foot massage, and pushed up my cuticles but did not trim then. Then she painted over my pushed up cuticles and unevenly painted my nails. Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money.

Mani pedi every two weeks. Very relaxing massage chairs and wine tops the day.

I have been going here for 7 years, at least once every two weeks, if not more. In the last two months, every experience has been horrid...from an inexperienced new staffer carelessly using the callous grater across my ankle and missing my foot entirely, causing the annihilation of an expensive anklet, to another inexperienced staffer dremeling gel from my fingertips right down to the nerve endings, from which my nails are now in total disrepair and will be for the next six months, to a deluxe pedicure that was given without any of the deluxe services by yet another new staffer, as though I was a one-time tourist and wouldn't know the difference, to today when my card was charged twice with additional added tax without my knowledge or consent. I have put more than my fair share of incidents aside, but this is just the last straw and I will find somewhere else to go from now on.

Be careful who you get your nails done by!! I’ve come here a handful of times and I really wish I didn’t have to write this review, but I just got the worst set of nails I have EVER had. The lady who did my nails took and hour and a half and did not know how to use her own products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This place is by far the best nail spot in Kona. Great prices and friendly people. They offer free champagne and other refreshments. My nail technician was Nam. He gave me a wonderful foot massage, and he even added hot stones.
I will definitely be back. (:
