We came to a screeching halt on our way past when we saw this small bakery. Stopped in and purchased a slice of pistachio pie, one slice red velvet cheesecake, and two macrons to share between the three of us. Spent 13 dollars but the price was worth it. Everything was excellent quality and delicious. Best pie in rapid city we will be back.

I had a slice of the Pistachio Pie. It was ok. More lemon than pistachio. Texture was not what I was expecting. Not creamy but ok. The whip creme was good, crust was good. They need to have more room to display food tho. Only 2 pies visible in the store. You sell food, people should be able to see food, touch and feel how heavy the product is. Your cooler should be 4 times that size and jam packed. Merchandise!

This is a cant miss spot if you're visiting rapid city. These pies are seriously sophisticated. Not just sugar bombs for the sake of being sweet. The technique and presentation is on par with what you'd find in a big city. We tried the namesake Pistachio Pie and ate every last crumb.

Best pie in town! And the owner is amazing! Super friendly, couldn't ask for more. Must see!
