Very nice little salon. My friend and I had pedicures for her birthday and they were done upstairs in a small room. It was very private and cozy. We loved the experience. The place is clean and up to date. The stylists are great at what they do and very friendly

I did not experience the hairstylist as friendly at all. Barely spoke to her client, spoke to the co-stylist only, and did not listen to what the client wanted. Hair ended up choppy and blunt. They are nearly $10 more expensive than the other hair salons in the vicinity for the exact same service (a cut). Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Spa Collections is a small (but busy), friendly shop with customized service to each client. I always enjoy my visits there.

Hmm, I'm confused, I bought my wife a massage and hair day spa certificate for Christmas, and she just left there and told me that they charged her the whole gift certificate just for hair, and made her pay extra to finish off bill,, when I went there and bought gift certificate, I told them what I wanted for her with her hair done with highlights and massage afterwards, I paid what they said, but when wife went there they pulled a Bait-n- Switch on her and took whole certificate saying she needed other things done to hair with no massage,, I'm very very unhappy and sad about it, I didn't want my wife to pay any money and the massage was what she really wanted cause she has someone else do the hair, I just thought it would be kool n nice to have them do everything,, my bad,, again not happy at all,, and now I gotta pay for massage at Q Spa in Medina, ,, thanks

Very Friendly....I was a bit nervous having my legs waxed for the first time....but they were great.
