I love this place! They are so thorough and detail-oriented. They really take time to get to know you and give you exactly what you want. This is my new favorite nail salon!

Perfect Nails has dishonest employees. I have attempted to get my nails done 5 times and was always told they were too busy. TodayvI walked in at 3pm and was told they are too busy. Yet, I watched 3 women come in and were waited on immediately. None of these women had appointments and were told it'd be a 10 minute wait. I caught them in a lie. Perfect Nails staff lied telling me they were booked till 6pm. But when I called, I was able to book a 3:15 appointment. The liar person who answered explained a bachelorette party had cancelled. Hmm...I guess I was wearing the wrong skin color. It's the only thing that makes sense. The girl at the front desk was trying her best to make it my fault. It depends on the time of day. Weekends and Holidays are best to walk-in. So, how is it I came in on a Wednesday at 10 am and 3 customers were in the store, yet there were mo openings. Immigrants can be racial bigots, too.

I was willing to try a new nail salon because a friend I was with had a gift card. To start off with they charge the amount for a full set that I could go to a nail shop and get both hands & feet done for that price. So I decided to get a gel manicure. Which they charged me over $35 bucks. Its 3 days later and my gel polish is peeling and coming off. I would never go back here again.

I usually love this place and it’s always been my go to place but I went Tuesday and I had a different lady do my nails which I don’t mind but I had French acrylics nails done and she kept on filing my nails hard right by my nail’s skin. I bled on three fingers and I was surprised she didn’t put any disinfectant on it or on the tools. I mean, by looking at my nails you could definitely tell I was bleeding but she didn’t care for it. It was a little upsetting. It’s been two days now, every time I press or something touches my nails, it’s still painful. This is the first time I’ve ever bled and there’s a black little dust on my white tip and so much air bubbles! But, I really hope if your customers gets a cut from a nail technician, please do disinfect it with alcohol plus your tools.

I really liked this salon, along with the 3 other ladies I went with liked it as well! They were very nice and were not in a rush. Only thing I didn't like is they did not scrub my feet enough.
