Went to get a few nails repaired with UV gel and tips. She overbuffed all three nails to the point of pain, where I withdrew. I didn’t realize how bad it was until she put one of the tips on, which she sized incorrectly. After she glued it to my nail, she tried filing it off. It was so painful that I had to just stop. Now my nails are stripped and tearing, I’m never cheating on my nail salon ever again.
Other than that, the place was clean. But I would never go back.

Clean, friendly. When you make an appointment, you can count on it that they keep to the schedule. I find that extremely important in a nail salon

I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Grace, and loved the service! They are very clean, accommodating, and meticulous in their work. I'm so glad I found them. By far the best nail salon in town!

I called at 4pm on a Sunday and asked if there were any appointments for pedicures and was told "We close at five, sorry." and was hung up on. No offer to make an appointment at another time or day.

Love the staff here at Nails Plus. They are very clean and so accommodating. Grace is very creative and talented with designs. One of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. I have never been disappointed. I get so many compliments from friends, they travel from all over the state to get their nails here done now.
