It was my first time going to Honeycoated Nail Spa,
I truly enjoyed the Swedish massage, It was the best service I received in quit a while. I will say she truly has gifted hands. I was able to follow her great appointment directions she leaves on the phone, her place was clean and easy for me to get to.

If i could give no stars i could, they are rude and highly unprofessional. they contact you via text with incorrect grammar and slang. never again will i go here.

My nails look great now :D! I enjoyed my stay there. really relaxing and had a nice conversation.

Disappointed. Encountered an emergency the day of my appointment and instead of refunding me the “automatic charge” for cancelling an appointment, I am now out 43 total dollars after the cancellation fee and the Groupon I purchased and I never even received a service. I called to explain the situation but it was not resolved. Even if the charge was “automatic”, a refund is still possible. Also, texting as a means of client communication is very unprofessional, especially when grammar and spelling go unchecked.

Great convo
didn't like the service tho.... her nail clippers were so worn they barely cut the nail.... she didn't do a real pedicure..... didn't clean the cuticle area and the polish begin chipping the very next day......i tipped accordingly just to support a black business but I wont be returning ..... plus reading the reviews and responses further drifts me away from this place... she offer nothing but excuses
