The owner was very helpful. Was able to receive the supplies that I was looking for, but unknown to me at the time or him that they were the wrong things that my granddaughter was asking for. But still overall a great experience.

Great place to shop. The owners treat you like family. Good prices on hair and products. And they have products not found in any other store.

Great customer service! What makes this store even better is that it is black owned. Prices are inexpensive considering the other hair stores in town. Employees are helpful & actually know about the products they sell. This store has a variety for everyone especially older women who look for grey hair extensions! Best hair store in Savannah.

Great selection. Descent prices. I just went here to purchase some fade cream for my blemishes. I was LITERALLY the only person in the store. I had on a dress and my purse. The lovely , shapely, curly haired cashier literally came and stood right by me as I read the ingredients in the creams. Eventually she left the aisle when I told her for the 2cnd time( she'd already asked me as soon as i walked in) I didn't need assistance. She then proceeded to stand at the end of the aisle and watch me for a few more minutes. I never had a bad experience there until today. It was awful and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would say that's the only thing that needs to be improved on.
