Aimee did my pedicure, she did a great job. Vy did my nails. She did a fantastic job! Not only did she create the design I was looking for spot on but she genuinely cared if I was satisfied. She took her time and focused on my nails the entire time. They came out so good!

This nail salon is okay depending on who you get. Lynn did my nails and they were so bad! I didn’t wanna cause a scene so I waited until I got home and called to speak to a manager, I advised I could send pictures he proceeded to argue with me saying I must just not like them because she’s never had a complaint. I asked for a refund and he refused then handed the phone to the nail technician where she attempted to argue with me as well. Very unprofessional and the work is inconsistent.

I get my nails done every 2 weeks. I’m here from out of state for a few months, and was due for an appt. I went in and asked for Johnny since I’ve seen his work and the quality. They said he was off and I said I’d make an appt and come back. The gentleman insisted I go to Tony and that he could do the design I wanted. He def couldn’t and didn’t even attempt it bc he was on FaceTime the whole time he was doing my design and then I ended up having to go to another salon down the street to get it. Literally paid $77 for this ugly set below. Just for ref of what I walked in with, the NICE nails are the ones I had before going here. The ugly yellow ones are what I left with bc I’m “too picky.” I’m guessing the design would have made them be about $120 instead or more.. so YEA for $120+ I absolutely am picky and can be. The audacity. Ew.

So, I had originally given Verde Nails 5 stars as soon as i left the salon. They were nice and my nails did turn out very pretty. My previous nail tech who I'd been going to for about 2 years moved suddenly so I needed to find a new place and I figured I'd give this place a shot, they were pretty inexpensive. I got a full set of acrylics done with a gel color, but about a week after I had left the salon, one of the nails almost completely popped off. I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt since I know sometimes these things just happen (I never had a nail come off or become loose at my previous nail salon) but now almost 2.5 weeks later I've had 4 of my nails come up from the cuticle and I needed to buy nail glue to keep them down until I could get in to another salon. Maybe this is a one-time thing, but it's never something I've experienced as long as I've been getting my nails done. I could almost always go 3, sometimes 4 weeks, without needing a fill at the other salon. Super disappointing.

What I asked for and what I got. Everyone was very nice and my nail tech was doing her best but not the experience I expected after seeing the reviews. I was looking for a natural / clean look and I got a thick bubbly look. And I was cut on my cuticle line a bunch so it’s a super sore healing process. Worth a shot but definitely trying somewhere else next time. UPDATE: nail beds are still trying to heal. Still painful and looks like my pointer finger may be infected.
