Nail salons in Sugar Land are like Starbucks- they are at every nook and corner. But what differentiates Milano is their customer service & cleanliness. Brian and Vi are excellent hosts. It’s like they welcome you as if you’re going to their house for dinner! They are extremely warm and keep checking on you multiple times during your session. My pedicure was excellent - Angel my technician massaged my feet well. I’m definitely going back!!

This is a wonderful nail salon. I'm always greeted once I walk through the door. V is so energetic and always smiles. V even remembers who I am and I've only gone to Milano 3 times. Hannah is a wonderful technician. She was able to repair the nail on my injured toe and made the nail look normal. Hannah's amazing!

Above excellent! It was my first time there and I was greeted at the door with friendly staff, they walked me through their set up, and offered refreshments. They later checked on me while I was getting serviced and asked if I needed anything else. The staff use fresh products, utensils, and portion out sizes for your pedicure. Again, will be going back😊

Was referred here by a friend. Overall the experience was exceptional. The friendly staff was very courteous and tended to all my needs. Cindy gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. She was gentle yet very meticulous. I will definitely be back to see her! My nails didn’t turn out exactly the way I wanted but they reached out and offered to have it redone to my liking. I can tell they strive for great customer service. I will definitely be back to try my nails again!

I LOVE this place! What a great experience. Everyone was so nice, helpful and cute too! I will be passing my old spot and driving an extra 10 minutes from now on. Definitely worth it!
