I came here twice before my third time and had good service that I was happy with. My third and last time ever coming here was today with my husband. We both had a mani and pedi done. It was the worst service I have had in a nail salon. My nails were actually done by the owner, Mikki, who did a horrible job. She cut my nails at all different lengths and filed them at an angle so they're not even straight! She then over polished my nails to the point that some of my fingernails were droopy with polish and the polish started running down the side of my finger. She painted them thickly with 3 layers of top coat!! She did not polish each nail entirely, leaving the sides empty. She rushed my entire service and rushed it even more when she did my pedi because a few other customers walked in.
My husband had his pedi done by a different employee who filed his nails with ragged edges. He gets his nails polished with clear polish. The employee polished in a hair on his thumb! Gross!!
Mikki and her employee also shared the same tools on my husband and I which is not sanitary at all. We had our pedi's done next to each other and they both reached into the same tool container and used the same tools on us!!! I paid attention to see if they clean it or sterilize it or get a new set for the next customer but they didn't. DISGUSTING!!!!!

I usually go here because one person does a fine job but lately I haven’t seen her. The other 3 women I’ve seen are absolutely terrible.
I went yesterday to have powder gel done and this woman cut my nails down to nothing, filed them to a very sloppy shape, and did a terrible job on my cuticles.
The angle of my left thumb nail is completely crooked but I was too fed up for her to fix it in fear she might file my nail down to nothing (pictures included).

Worst nail salon ever. Sawed down my nail beds to an uneccesary thinning, my nails are in pain. Cheap acrylic, the lady didn't even smooth and saw down the acrylic nicely it had ridges and dents.. the nail polish looked wrinkly and the lady had the nerve to paint over a hair in my nail, once I told her about it she tried to paint over it !! Not even take off the polish and do it over but paint another coat over it!! Never going back and charged $50?!!! They couldn't even do a simple pedicure either ! they suck at cutting cuticles they just suck!

I went a couple times and it was always off but i was new to the area so stuck with them. After a while i couldnt take it anymore. Everytime id get my nails done they'd fall off within two days. My feet didnt feel like i had even gotten a pedicure. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
