She dug into my skin while doing a Pedicure. When she finally acknowledged that she was hurting me she blamed it on me for my nails being long. When I paid she handed me the receipt and told me to enter the tip and total and sign the bottom. When I entered nothing and handed it back she said, "thanks for the tip". I do not suggest you go here unless Lucy herself does your nails.

Long long wait even though we made appointments. Like I'm talking over an hour as they took people before us, even with the appointments. Everything but the paint job was good. I could do about as good job myself, and that's not spectacular. Not worth the $$ I paid.

Made an appointment with specific person. Came back at that time. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes to be told another person could do my nails or I could wait longer for the specific person. This was the third time that has happened. Meanwhile the specific person took a walk in while I was waiting. Won't go back!
