Jody from Changes was supposed to do my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding. I arranged this several months in advanced and was very excited. I live in a different state than where I am getting married so there was very little opportunity to schedule a trial run. The one opportunity I had we scheduled. On my way to my appointment I realized it was slightly further than I was expecting and I would be 15 mins late. I promptly called Jody to tell her that I would be a little late and that I was extremely sorry. She then told me she could not do my makeup because she had scheduled an appointment right after mine. This being said she had only scheduled 30 mins for me to meet her, do my makeup and fill out paperwork. At this point I was sitting in the parking lot and it was 15 mins after my scheduled appointment. She told me to come in at noon the next day, Sunday, and I agreed. This was at 8:45. At 4:15 that same day I received a voicemail from Jody stating that she did not feel comfortable doing makeup for my wedding because I didn't show up and that had never happened before. I instantly called her back because I was extremely confused since I was talking to her on the phone on the way to the appointment and we had rescheduled for the following day. I expressed this confusion in a voicemail to her. She then called me back the next day, the day of my new appointment, saying that she will not do my bridal party makeup for my wedding because she thought it was extremely rude for me to be late to my appointment and that I wasted her time. She compared it her not showing up on my wedding date. She was rude and did not care how many time I had apologized. This ridiculously disheartening because she "fired" me 3 weeks before my wedding and now everyone is booked. Luckily I have a very amazing friend who stepped up and offered her services. I realize that being punctual is important and usually am but sometime there are things that happen out of our control. I have never met someone so unforgiving. Thank goodness for my friend.

Where to start... ok well, my friend's aunt works at Mosaic. Her name is Jodi Laaker-Perkins. My friend is the one who set up the appointment and she put her credit card on file to reserve our spot to get our hair and makeup done for my sister's wedding on August 29th, 2015. Well two of the girls cancelled a week in advanced because they had found another salon that would do it for a cheaper price. Jodi starts threatening us that we are going to have to pay for what they would've cost because they cancelled. If it wasn't such short notice and everywhere else was booked, we would have gone to another salon to get our hair and makeup because Jodi is a jerk. Anyway, the day of the wedding we arrive to the salon and start getting our hair and makeup going. Jodi again brings up the girls that cancelled and starts bitching about it, she just wouldn't let it go. My sister, the bride, got her hair done by Jodi. Her hair was ruined by the end of the ceremony, about two hours after getting it done. All the curls had fallen out and it was a mess. Also, the woman that did our make up (I can't remember her name. She was some blonde) was just as awful. She wouldn't talk or even smile. When I asked if I could get contour she acted like she didn't want to do it. She told me it would take longer and I'd be charged more and she'd have to go all the way in the back to get all different kinds of makeup. She really only wanted to use the airbrush. She was very rude to me and my other sister and it didn't even look like the bride had any makeup on at all. Not only was it horrible customer service, but they did a shitty job too! I wouldn't refer those two ladies to anyone!
