Went to get a regular mani/pedi that was given to me via a Groupon as a birthday present. I had a 3:00 appt. and ended up walking out of there at 6:15! I believe that because it was a Groupon, they sent their worst manicurist out to take care of me. She was extremely slow and my toes were stinging from her being so rough pushing my cuticles back by the time she finished. I got there at 2:50 and still had to wait until 3:30 to be seated for my pedicure. She had to remove the polish from 2 of my toes because she kept messing up. She started the mani, but saw the aggravation in my face and had someone else step in to shape my nails.The worst part of this whole experience was watching the male owner cough up a good amount of spit and then spit it in the very sink where customers are asked to wash their hands before their nail polish is applied for their manicure??!!! They tried to accommodate me for my time by giving me a $10 off after 10 visits coupon. REALLY??!! I will not step 1 sore foot in that salon again!! Worst experience I've ever had in just getting a regular mani/pedi.
