I have been looking for a great nail salon for some time now. So when I read the reviews for Lee nails, I was excited to find a salon with great service and affordable. I also read in the reviews that they get busy, so I made a 1:30 appointment. I got there 5 minutes early, and signed in. No One greeted me, so I just sat. 10 min later I mentioned that I had a 1:30 appointment for a full set and pedicure, I was then told to pick a color. At 1:50 I still had not been seen and another woman walked in stating she had a 2:00 appointment with my nail tech.
I had no choice but to speak up, because I had other appointments in the day. At 2:10 the nail tech greeted us and said he had to leave to get receipt paper. Yes, you read that correctly. About 10 min later I was moved to a pedicure chair with water running. Eventually another gentleman came to take care of my pedi. He was a really sweet guy and gave a great massage, but I was cut A few times.
After he was done I was sat under the dryer to wait again, after 20 min of waiting I had to leave because of another appointment.
The atmosphere seemed nice for regulars. But not for newbies. I had such high hopes.

They always treat me and the girls excellent. Our nails and pedicures last and look fabulous. I truly appreciate their kindness and friendship.

Unfortunately it’s not as good as I thought it would be, the wait is terribly long as your getting your nails done the attention is very minimal it felt very rushed and for the pedicures they charge extra for any little extra detail you want, even for the feet exfoliation they charge a fee when in other nail salons it’s free of charge. Would not recommend.

first time I’ve ever went to a nail salon and I actually want to go back. Great work, great customer service, and the store itself is very well put ☺️
