This is the second time I've tried this place and only cause it's closer to home. Both times my nails have been left sticky from the gel polish. And the first time I was passed to a second girl to do the design I wanted.. this time i asked about the design i wanted before we started and was told the other girl would do it again for me.. only after getting base coat finished she informs me that they cannot do the design i want and that the other girl could not do it either.(mind you, this is the whole point of me going in the first place and also why I asked first). I after she puts first coat on I ask if she can at least do a thin yellow line at top of color so that they match my baby shower colors and she tells me it's too late. Which I've had my nails done elsewhere before and she could have easily added the line and then a top coat without issue. Half of my nails were also left stick which I had to fix myself when I got home. Long story short, if you want anything other than your basic French or full color.. do not go here! They still ended up charging me $58 (which by the way does not add up to posted prices).

In all of my experiences here the ladies have been very sweet and thorough. They always make sure to accommodate for you in any way and they do a good job.

This salon can get very busy but the ladies do a great job at getting to you in a timely manner. They have always done a great job for me and are nice and friendly.

Rating my recent experience on 06/23/2017. Around 6:30 I had called and asked what time they closed and they told me in thirty minutes. I told the lady that I spoke with that I was wanting a full set, and a pedicure. She asked me when was the soonest that I could be there, I replied and told her 10 minutes and she told me to come on, and she would take care of me. I promptly left, and headed to the salon after getting off of the phone. I got there, was immediately taken to the pedicure area and a heavy-set woman started on my pedicure. She eventually started painting my toes, mind you, since I came in later, another lady was starting on my full set. I was distracted by the woman doing my full set and I happened to look down at my feet and noticed that the shade of green was the wrong color, and asked her politely if she could stop, take the polish off, and start with a darker shade of green. Immediately frowning, she said that they didn't have a darker shade of green (which is a lie, because they did) and continued to paint away. I asked her again and she huffed, told the other girl that was doing my full set to stop what she was doing and made her get up to grab another shade. "I'm sorry, but is this an issue ma'am?" I asked, because I have worked customer service for years now, and in customer service" the customer is always right." She retorted with a quick no, and I then apologized as I did when I originally asked her to stop and change the polish. Long story short, I was charged $58 for my full set, pedicure, including a $4, and I was left with a streaky pedicure that was half assed, and a full set that wasn't done the way I wanted (long), and also reshaping the acrylics. I used to be a regular customer, I would go every two weeks when I got paid for fill ins, before I decided to go natural for a year. After this experience I'm not sure if I will return, which is sad to say.
