The work at this shop is excellent... nail technicians are great! BUT the owner/manager is RUDE as hell!!!!! Nasty attitude especially if you are polite. If you are rough with her she backs down but lord I knows the atmosphere is not relaxed. I've been going there for years. Its it's in a convenient location, good work, etc etc but I can't do the attitude and random pricing any more. Every time you go different price. Keep your receipts and see for yourself.

Communication is horrible here. Asked for a full set and pedicure and they just blantly ignored me. The tech didn’t even understand English to communicate my needs. He had to get everything translated. Was there for over two hours to get bad pedicure and no full set.

I’ve known Tina for years before she got her shop. She is very nice and the other staff there is nice as well. I never had a bad experience.

I came in and requested to be out in an hour. At first I was a little skeptical because no techs were available. But quickly 2-3 techs were helping me at the same time to get me out but the work was still neat. I hope my next experience is just as well so I can become a regular. They did my nails the way I wanted and fixed the things I asked about.

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this shop. Tina is amazing!! I've been going to Tina before she decided to own her own salon. I follow her wherever she goes and she is always pleasant and tries to accommodate you the best way possible!! Her staff is always pleasant and professional with me! If you do not get seen for a while it is simply because she has a mass clientele and is always packed because of the work she do.
