Always pleased with services at Sophia's. Jason and Jessica are my favorites when it comes to dip manicures. The polish always stays on much longer (doesn't crack/chip/lift for 2 weeks).

They do a nice job. They take you right away if you have an appointment. If you don't have an appointment you will wait. They are busy and efficient.

I've been here on 2 separate occasions and I will not go back- don't waste your time and money here; this place doubles and triple books people- every time I go I wait at least 40 minutes- sit in the chair for another 10 mins just waiting for someone to START my nails; last time i was here my nails were done by 3 different people for a simple gel manicure. I have also sat in a pedicure chair with my feet in cold water waiting for someone to come over for 25 minutes- All the employees do is talk in their language and look at you sitting in the chair waiting like its not an issue when in reality its quite poor customer service.... thought maybe it was a fluke the first time but now its clear they just have very poor scheduling tactics... I am never going back.... would not suggest this place AT ALL unless you like to sit and wait forever for a simple service.. a pedi and mani should NEVER take 2 1/2 hours...

I love Sophia's nails. If I'm in a jam and have to go somewhere else, it never compares to Sophia's nails. Highly recommend to go see Jason.

Great work! Nina is very good at what she does. Everyone is very friendly. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere!
