Being new to the area is hard when you have to find new places to go. I’ve been to several nail salons in the area and I finally found the one that is going to get my business from now on. Everything about my visit was perfect.
My feet feel amazing and my nails look great. They look like they did when I left Virginia. I will definitely be back from here on out. 89 Nails is amazing and this is coming from the pickest person. Thanks everyone. See you soon.

I asked the woman to help me find a color similar to the picture I showed her and she refused. I mentioned I don’t want it to be exact but just needed some help. She still refused and walked away. I decided to give them another chance and see how my nails turned out.This woman got polish on my skin, the shape was off center (stiletto shape) and she did not speak to me the whole time she did my nails... WTF I will never return here.

Terrible customer service. The owner is rude and unhelpful. I asked her if she can pair up the bride with a nail technician who can do nail art. She told me that I will have to find out the day of. I told her I’d like to know in advance. She would not plan ahead for a very reasonable request. She then proceeded to yell at me and told me to take my business somewhere else. In which case, I did. Good riddance!

SO CLEAN
Very polite.
I would definitely recommend this place.
My only reason for four stars is my technician could have spent a little more time seeing exactly what I want, and just a little more detailed eye.
I will definitely be back though!
