Stephen is the best at UV Gel - and Jenny gives the best back massages - and all of the girls are very good and professional at pedicures…this salon was a great find for me after trying many others in the area that I was not happy with. YES, they are a little more expensive than I have paid in the past, but the service, friendliness, cleanliness and complimentary back massage is WORTH IT. As long as this keeps up and Jenny keeps giving awesome back massages I will continue to go - do not forget to tip her - she is the BEST!!!!!! To the negative reviews who complained about “appointment only”….first of all why would you NOT want to make an appointment and have a set time…who wants to walk in and have to sit and wait. To the negative review who was MAD because they could not accommodate her because she did not have an appointment…ARE YOU KIDDING ME….would you want them to lie to you and tell you to sit and wait even though they have appointments set up and would not have time to take you – it is great that they are honest with you and tell you right from the start. I always call ahead and make an appointment and YES they are sometimes booked and busy and cannot take me…think about it – that is because they have a good clean professional salon….would you rather go to a salon that is never booked up and has no customers because they are terrible…..COMMON SENCE!!!!!! Keep up the good work Gigi nails!!!!

As a first time client, I was hoping to find a professional, clean, and warm environment. I walked in on a Sunday morning at approximately 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I was greeted with, “Do you have an appointment?” After responding with “No, I do not,” I was told that it’s by appointment only and they didn’t have an available slot until 4:30 p.m. “Appointment Only,” I gasped internally! I didn’t see an advertisement on Goggle for Gigi Nails as “Appointment Only!” If I did, I would’ve called before I walked in. There was no attempt by ANY of the employees to accommodate me. They all stayed seated and kept their heads down beside the one male who informed me about their “invisible policy.” In the time and era of world-wide discrimination overload, I decided to keep the peace, inform other customers, & refuse to give Gigi Nails my hard earned money that I work for as an educator. Gigi Nails, ͏y͏o͏u ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Love this new salon love it clean friendly and my nails show it love it!!!! Love the individual attention I get there it's because it's by appointment only that they can do that. Love this Nail Salon best in Tuckahoe.

I understand that appointments minimize waiting times. However, I find that in an overly scheduled world the need to make yet another appointment is a hassle. In addition, when I do call for an appointment I find it almost impossible for them to accommodate my preferrred time. Not customer friendly.
