Always takes my appointments seriously & I always leave 100% satisfied. Been a loyal customer about 6 months now & I wouldn't let anyone else touch my nails now. They out do themselves every single time!

I was so excited to try this nail spa based off of recommendations and I'm very disappointed. First, the person who gave me a pedicure cut me pretty badly. Second, I paid for a manicure and the person didn't give me a full manicure.Third, the person told me they were putting a matching color on my fingernails to match my toenails and its darker. Fourth, my toenail polish rubbed off within an hour and I went back to get it fixed and was told it would be an hour wait to fix two toenails that they didnt do a good job setting. And they sat down other customers who walked in after me. I didn't have time to come back because I have to work and work too far away. VERY disappointed and won't be back.
