last time I went I made an appointment with Nathan got there for my appointment and he had started on someone else's nails. the owner said it was his fault but I still had to wait an hour got a sorry and got charged the same price. I was not late I should have just left. you need to appreciate your regular appointment making customers. you best believe I'm looking for someone who appreciates me as a customer. I give good tips for good work and good treatment

I’ve been here before and didn’t have an issue, but I went in today to get a fill and had the worst experience ever. Being a familiar face I expected to be kindly greeted..this was not the case. From the get go the staff had an attitude. The nail tech rushed my nails, was dripping powder everywhere and left them unfinished/sloppy. Before I could even open my mouth to ask him to fix the shape he was dashing from behind the chair. I ended up stopping at another nail salon and asking them to fix my nails for me..I don’t recommend this place.

I am a college student at Shsu. I decided to go get my nails done here because I didn’t want to wait until i went back home. So when I first got there, the nail tech that did my nails was really nice. Until about halfway, when she was applying the powder onto the nail. I asked her how much are eyebrows and she said 8 dollars, I told her no not today. And then suddenly her whole demeanor changed. She started pulling my fingers aggressively and throwing my hand to the side when she was done. And when she was finally done, she like threw her hand up as in I’m done you can leave. However, as I was walking back to campus I noticed my fingers was burning, so I looked at them and three of my fingers had cuts on them. It really burns and I regret not going back and saying something to her. I wouldn’t advise anybody to go here!!

I HATE THIS PLACE. My sister and I want to do our nails for graduation pictures and a friend of mine got her nails done here and they looked so good so we were like why don’t we go here. So i called and Phoebe answered the fun and was extremely rude and i began to ask her the price range and after she told me i was about to ask her to put us down for an appointment and then SHE BEGAN TO CUSS ME OUT over the freaking phone. I was shocked and couldn’t understand what i had said wrong and out of nowhere she cut the phone before i could say anything else. i told my sister and my sister and my sister called them back and asked her if she just got off the phone with me and her response was “what do you want now b****” and went on a rant about how “kids had been prank calling her all day” and o told her that all i wanted to do was set an appointment to do our nails so she told us the price and cut the phone.............they are rude if you are not a regular they are extremely rude i’ve never even walked into their salon but i would never want to with the way i was handled over the phone.

They did horrible. 😭 I got acrylics with shellac on top and the shellac is ALL over my cuticles. The staff was SO sweet but they worked too fast and weren’t precise with their work. The price was 35$ which is cheap for a girl that came from Houston, but I guess that’s the payoff from it.
