It's always a hit or miss with this place. My last 2 visits have been fairly good, except for the shape of my nails. I don't think anyone in there understands a true coffin shape. Their pedicures are not the best and service is definitely rushed. For the price we pay, the experience should be held at a higher standard. I have seen the employees be rude to some customers and vice versa, so it is not always a comfortable and relaxing environment to get your nails done. Overall, I would only recommend if you need something quick.

Quick expensive trash. The quality of their work is garbage. Total waste of money and time. Stay away!

THE GEL POLISH WILL CHIP QUICKLY!!! I HAVE TOLD THEM AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TOO. They catch an attitude when you ask them to correct their errors. Not even regular nail polish is supposed to chip on acrylic nails on the 3rd day. I stopped going there!

I will NEVER go back to this place. The staff here is extremely rude. The girl was rough with my nails and when I told her this she didn't even respond. Then she kept grabbing my hand and I'm telling her to wait and she caught an attitude. My pedicure looked horrible and the girl messed it up. By the way my nails didn't even last a week. Don't go here! Save your money.

Some things that should be addressed is the quality of the gel polish they use and UV nail dryers. I don't know if it depends on the manufacturer of the polish, but sometimes, the gel polish is coming off in a few days! As for the UV lamp dryers, I HATE THE ONES USED AT VICTORIA'S NAIL SALON! There are much better ones on the market. The ones used here, should be inspected by the state! I think they are homemade! The UV lamps they should use, are wood construction, and the UV lamps dry the nails in minutes! No blowers are necessary, because the UV lamps are professionally designed. But, if they were to improve on the drying system, we would pay for it, the same way the prices went up, when they installed the new pedicure chairs! I have a Love and Hate relationships with this place. I love certain technicians to do my nails, and only the ones I want to do my nails. As for the pedicure, I can go somewhere else, and get my feet done for less. And, when I go to the Roosevelt Field location, from the time you sit down, they automatically, give you a small water! At the Green Acres location, I HAVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED WATER! NEVER! AND, WHEN I ASKED FOR WATER, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY WATER! LIES! I don't want to believe it has to do with the clientele, but, I do have to think there is a conscious decision why there is a difference in establishment procedures by the some company!
