Will never go here again. They charge my card twice for the same charge. When I tried to tell the lady she got to talking loud. When I came back up there talk to manger he called bank and they did charge me twice. 122 dollars for a 60 dollar nail job that looks like my 12 year old could have done. I am still waiting on them to put money back on my card. Beware and check you account if you use your card there.

The regular manicure is $15 and before my manicure even started, I was told that I had to pay, I gave the nail technician a confused look, but I paid first anyway---BIG MISTAKE. Then she starts painting my nails without asking if I wanted my nails cut first (they were a bit long) then I asked to please do so. The nails were not cut all the way and I asked to cut off the parts that she had missed. I noticed that the nail polish was not spread out evenly in the nail so I asked her to please put another coat on. After the manicure is done and the drying process begins--I waited about 20 mins for them to dry and by the time I got to the parking lot, one nail had already chipped. I do not think it was a fast process and the delicacy in which they do their work is not shown. The technician did agree to fix my nail after I went back and showed her the chipped one. I guess now I know to NEVER get a regular manicure or come to this location.

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady wax them and I felt her using a razor. I immediately stopped her. I her heard her pick it up, she didn’t even sterilize it! Nasty! I will not be returning! I caution people not to got to the nail shop. 🤬

I love this place. Got to know several technician's that are excellent nail techs.

Took my wife in to get her nails done. One, service is awful and 2, for the price they charge you would think they would at least leave them nice. The outcome was tragic. My wife cried the whole ride home lol will not be returning.
