Today was my first visit to my Glamour Nail and Spa it was absolutely a great experience. Customer service was phenomenal. I will be going back i have found a new family. Such good people.If you looking for great service and a clean environment this is the place to go.

Very friendly owner, clean and semi professional nail tech. My nail tech didnt speak English well. From start to finish it was an uncomfortable pedi. I tried not complaining as this was where my sister goes for service. She was literally pushing my nail off my nail bed while filling. So much went wrong with her Id rather not go into it all. The defining moment was that my no chip chipped in 3 days. I called and they told me to come back they'd fix it as long as I had pictures. At my original appointment we discussed I wasnt from Chicago. I live over an hour away. So when I called back I explained why I couldn't come until the weekend. They explained no worries we'll fix it. Well, I wasnt able to get into the city until that Saturday, 7 days later. Her idea of fixing it was to simply paint the three nails that chipped. I didnt feel that was an acceptable resolution considering we spent $150 including a $30 tip and my full set only lasted 3 days. She complained and got silent after she agreed to just paint over them all in an effort to make the set look nice. It never did. They were very thick and on close inspection lumpy. I didnt want to complain anymore and just never return. I had hoped this nail shop was different from others. And looked forward to building a relationship with them. Thinking my sister and I could meet there for out girls time. That didnt work.
