This place is okay. The ambience is nice and they have a nice selection of spa pedicures (although these are always overpriced considering the cheap quality of products used)...it's still a good enough experience for a pedicure. I got a regular manicure as well. If that's all you want, save your money.

Very nice decor. But went couple times when first opened, Moreso, last time went for daughters' formal and took she and 3 friends (2 paying for themselves), Asked to pay first and I was paying for my 2 daughters and friend and paid upfront. then 2 friends paid upfront individually. 2 different woman cashing out because neither spoke very good english and took 2 of them to figure out what to say. Then halfway through the manis another woman came up and asked me to pay for the 2 friends (who paid in cash). I thought for whatever reason she didn't know already paid, even though it is procedure to pay first, so why would she ask when almost done? explained they already paid. In very broken english she kept pointing to the two friends and saying "no pay". Then a 4th woman came out and they had a long nonenglish conversation and the 4th woman said $20 more. I said NO. it went on for 15 minutes with the original 2 woman who cashed out no where to be found. They totally tried to pretend they had not a good understanding of english. It became quite heated so I paid the $20. Then 5 minutes later they tried to say because my daughter got a design I owed another $5, when I paid the extra $5 upfront. Then another woman said another $3 for my other daughter because she picked a special color. It was such a shell game...and they have 4 different people telling you 4 different things in non english. TOTAL SCAM, cant even tell you what they charged because paying upfront the 2 woman kept changing the prices. then kept adding on. the girls NEVER changed from what they originally asked for and PAID for. Felt like a third world scam of how much they can pilfer from you. SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY SALON. They smell that people have $ in this area and they did it to another patron before me saying she owed more AFTER THE SERVICE, which she objected to as well. UPFRONT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD DEAL BUT ON THE BACK END TOTAL SCAM.

A friend and I walked in. My friend happens to be Black. the receptionist told her they do not do Gel Nails as she looked at her in disgust. We left the establishment and called over the phone 2 hours later and was told that they do "Gel Nails". Clearly we were lied to. I can only assume it was due to her being Black. Very dissapointed.

Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax on a Friday night. Was super crowded but super efficient as there were so many people working.
I won't be going anywhere else. Those cute baskets for your things? The massage while you're drying? It was all lovely
