Went to this place with my wife as new to the area. Everything was great until I realized they don’t practice typical sanitation. Woman used tools on a manicure for another guy and then used them on me without cleaning or sanitizing they. Same went for the pedicure. With the risk of getting sick and infections I would stay away from this place until they begin to use sterile tools for each customer. My wife and I are very grossed out after this experience.

Love them feel Like family 😊my nails & feet always look fabulous. My daughter told me about this place & she is very picky Love the massages on my legs & feet.😊

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have been long time Family Nail customers and the service has become declining within the past few years. When upset about customers being taken ahead of me after I had been waiting for 35 minutes for my manicure, I spoke to a rude "manager" who refused to get the actual manager and told me everyone has to wait. When I finally got my manicure and was drying my nails, I asked her again to get the manager and she flat out said "no" and then continued to giggle at the scenario. Incredibly terrible customer service and will NEVER be going back. Don't waste your money

I first found Family Nails because I worked down the road on Main St, but have since moved and changed jobs so it takes me almost an hour to get there. IT IS SO WORTH THE TRIP! This is seriously one of the best places around. The prices are great and my gel manicure would last a month if I let it go that long. They take their time and are so friendly. Seriously, I recommend them to everyone. I'll keep going as long as I'm in NJ!

Really nice place. Pedicure is amazing. And $25 for gel mani is soo good. People are very nice as well. I recommend it
