I had a great experience last time I comeback today and I was disappointed she wasn’t honest with the price she overpriced me. Charge for tax even I paid cash charge for hot oil that I didn’t get if she was honest in the beginning and tell me the price before.

Stopped in for basic manicure, clear, it was empty, there are two people working. Three minutes in two ladies come in, then another two, this chick starts rushing through my manicure, gave me base and top coat and rushed me over to the dryer. 10 minutes tops, my nails dry instantly and every nail is rigid atop and will easily snag on anything. I ask her to do over, she did and it took two minutes and a bunch of huffing and puffing.
