This was my first time using Beach Air. I was able to get a same-day appointment which was very important as I had no heat with temperatures expected in the 20s. The lady I spoke to was polite and professional and worked with me to find an appointment time that met my needs.
The technician was Carlos and he was on time and very pleasant to deal with. In short order he located the problem and he had the correct replacement part on his truck to make the repair right away.
I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will be using them again when the need arises.

Brad explained everything he was going to be checking; changed out the filters, looked at the AC unit as well as the furnace. Friendly, thorough and helpful! Great price n the service contract!🙌🏻

Having just relocated to SC from New England, I had no experience with electric heat pumps. When my SMART thermostat came up with a message to service the system, I called Beach Air. I didn't even notice it was after 5 on Friday with an ice storm on the horizon but their dispatcher was right there to answer questions and set up a service call right away. Brad came out this morning and took the time to explain my system (even the little noises I was worried about) and did a thorough review/maintenance in about an hour! I'll recommend Beach Air to anyone who needs prompt, professional service for a great price!
