I love nail palace! I’ve tried other nail places in Lubbock and I never get the same great service for the great value. The ladies at nail palace are friendly and accommodating. Customer service is great! I always come back.

Great service and very professional. My daughter loves coming here to get her nails done! The girls always listen to what my daughter wants and she always loves her nails afterwards. We didn't wait long as we were a walk in. The place was very well kept and PINK. Great place to get your nails done.

Absolutely loved this place. My nails were literally perfect and the lady was so sweet and helpful. 100% will be back

We came here because it had good reviews. It was not a nice salon.
They didn't start on time, none of the massage chairs worked, and the facility was dirty. The bathroom was not clean.
Ambiance was not good either. They didn't play music or offer bottled water. The people were nice though which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Great service. They payed attention to detail and my pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in town. I also like that they have a large price range of options to choose from.
