Super slow service as usual...only 1 (ONE!!!) nail tech on duty on the Friday before Mother's Day! Being a cosmetologist who started as a nail tech & formerly owned a very successful salon as well as a traveling business, I feel it's more than okay for me to critique: no lady wants to do her own nails, but another trip like this 1 (I'm a regular) & I will be! I understand milti-taking is essential, however if you're unable to leave my nails to sell a gift certificate (4 times) then you should at least make certain you were at a stopping point as to not forget that you weren't finished filing all nails, you didn't have your humps & unlevelness filled or drilled away & NEVER EVER EVER forget cuticle oil!!!! Or having me (the client) wash my hands! Certainly need to either speak English only around customers and stop jabbering to each other & giggling. I'm thinking of learning Vietnamese just to surprisingly chime in your conversation 1 day, so watch out 😎

My last visit a few years ago was nice; so I decided I would revisit this place. Today was NOT, I went in for a full set. After mentioning to the tech numerous times about my nails being crooked, not shaped evenly, and powder unevenly applied. I was told repeatedly to just wait until the finished results. Once he was done ( I did not receive a top coat in which I should have received) I showed him my areas of concern. He did not fix them. I even went to the owner/manager. He told me this is how my nails are suppose to look. I only wanted someone to fix my nails. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have never seen anything of this sort. I paid full price for something that wasn't done to my satisfaction and received no assistance in fixing. I will NOT return EVER!!!

My experience her was with my mother a couple of weeks ago. My mother has had a stroke and her right hand is partially contracted. When we came in I made the nail tech aware of this and he still agreed to do my mother's nails but stated he may need my help at times which I said was no problem. While doing her nails we talked about picking a color that would show up on her skin so he picked a brighter/ metallic color than we wanted but we went with it to see how it would look. After looking at the color on her we didn't like it. This is when he began to noticeably get aggravated. He then began to tell us that most places wouldn't have served her. Also that the time it takes to do her nails he could of had done 3 clients nails. I explained to him that I understood this but you can't get upset just because we don't like the color. After going back and forth about it for a couple of minutes he finally decided he would put another color over it instead of taking off the first color and repolishing it like he should have. First of all the service he was giving was not free and I felt the way he was going on about it was like he was doing us a favor. He had the option in the beginning to say he would not be able to service her due to her condition. I don't feel like anyone should be made to feel bad about their physical condition and that's what he did.
