I've been going here for years! Very professional, clean and friendly environment. Tom is great!! Always flexible with last minute appointments and does an amazing job. Very close attention to detail! Plus, the free drink is nice!

EXTREMELY disappointed. I have been coming here since it 1st opened. Today June 28th I was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen! I have met the owners and they are soooo nice.
I dont pull out the "race" card but .....I arrived early for my appointment and I was ignored. I watch 2 ladies (non black) come in and immediately be asked what they wanted drink while they waited.
Not once was ANYTHING ever said to me. I spend any where from 60 to 90.00 each time that I come. So believe me
If it wasn't for my nail tech being my favorite I would have walked out! Loyalty to her ( Rosie) by keeps me coming back..
So many new faces the customer service is suffering.

I love going here I'm never disappointed, the nail techs are so nice. You will feel pampered. They serve you wine while you get your services if you're 21+ of course, & the good thing is their pricing is comparable to that of other establishments(about $25 for full set etc). They're also very sanitary they open a new pack of tools everytime they do your feet.

Nice place and technicians. My daughter is a regular client. She books with Rosie and always gets great service. I live out of town and my appt is added on to one of my daughter's regular appts. First tech was great on pedicure, but not manicure. My daughter complained for me. 2nd and 3rd appts were excellent for both services. 4th appt is today with Rosie. All will be good.
