Every since Sue sold this shop, it has been done hill. The nail technicians are RUDE, and they DO NOT know how to do nails properly. Lack of detail, rush job, nail breaks in less than 24 hours, etc. If you want great nails go see Snow at Classy Nails on East Capitol or Dan at Nail City ll on 60th & Capitol

I came here and ask them how long it was goin to b for a full set and they said 10 mins and they other customers came in after me waited for lyk 5mins and got a sit so I ask them AGAIN how long is it goin to be and he’s goin say 1 hour so I left and went somewhere else

Today I went in to get a soak off and a full set, the man started got mad when I said I wanted some one else 2 do my nails...and refused to service me...smdh..like I been going 2 them for years, he very new cause they know they regularly customer.
They most definitely lost one today...to Sun Nails I go, I miss Brian anyways

Poor service the place is always dirty and the staff is still doing nails like they in school or doing them from a you tube video

I was reading some of the reviews about this place and i really was scared to come here bit my froend yalked me into going. When I got there, I immediately got served because it was crowded. The lady that was doing my feet was doing a good job, but the gel Machine that they had wasnt working right, and i was trying to tell her that it keep going off but she wasnt listening to me. And then she fixed the problem. One lady said that all together it was $77 but shes going to charge me $75. It really wasnt no different $2.00 off smh ok thank you. There is a guy that sits in the front his young. He act like he didnt understand what I was talking about. But he fixed whateva i told him to fix. And I got my eyebrows and eyelashes done. Like I said they did a good job on everything their customer service skills just isnt that great. Would i go back? Yes if i cant find a better one.
