If I could give this place no stars I would. Came in and they had a lot of people waiting- the owner asked me if I could come the next day that he would schedule me in for 2 PM so I made an apt. I come in the next day, arrived 15 mins before my apt, it was 2:15 and I was still not seated. People that were walk ins kept getting seated. I got up and asked the owner if I was almost going to get called at it was 2:15 already and he said that he has to seat the people that have been waiting here for a long time- even though I had an apt. Horrible customer service! They need a better system when it comes to appointments. What is the point of scheduling apt if you are still going to wait for everyone who has been waiting to get seated? Defeats the purpose! I don’t think they understand the concept of scheduling appointments. Will never come here!

Always come here and have a really good experience. They are very careful on their work.

Sad! So if you want to waste ur time go here. They will have you waiting only to say oh yes is more than an hour wait. Very poor customer service. I will never go back.

I've been coming here for about 11-12 yrs and I've have gotten different experiences but recently I learned how to work with management. It all depends on who does your work. I get my pedicure done with Kim and I love it!. I have fungus on my toe nails and she does an amazing job on my nails. I call and make an appointment usually midday because that's when they arent as busy and i get pampered like crazy. Kim works on my for about 1:30 hrs. Honestly you just need to make an appointment for a time when they are not too busy and explain your needs to them. If you come when it busy you will hate this place, if you get someone who you feel isnt doing a good job request someone else. They do get alot of walkins during peak hrs. I drive about 30mins now to get my nails done here. I love it.

This is the best nail salon in town. Their prices are reasonable. The staff are professional and their Gel polish stays shiny all two weeks. I always get compliments when I get my nails done here.
