Love me some Lily and Tina😘😘😘, been coming to them for years and they always do a good job and take their time, lily does my curls on my hair sometimes when I want them professional. Their shop is next to super king, in a crowded parking lot, but they do have parking in the back. My god daughter and I always come here and feel like princesses always..

The owner of the shop is extremely rude. I pod 65 to get a specific tip on and she didn’t like it because I was pointing out how it wasn’t going over my nail fully and she said she will charge me 10$ to take off. I fought with her for about 5 minutes over keeping them on and told her it was okay if she could change one and then at the end she told me she will not do my nail again. I told her well that’s rude and she said I do my job....2nd time coming here.
She didn’t have all the sizes of tips and instead of telling me at the beginning she tried to force small ones on and I simply asked at the end well do the rest of these have the right sizes and that’s when she told me she will not do my nails.

The rudest and meanest place ever. Please don’t go to this place. The lady was discriminating me. She said “you are too young” and then told me she wasn’t going to do my service! What is this! That is morally wrong. She told me since I’m Asian I should act like an Asian person. I simply came in here to get my service done and I was being respectful and made sure I was getting the right service for my eyelashes so I ask her if I can see the sizes for the cone to put on my eyelashes, and she suddenly gets mad at me saying I was rude. She started comparing me with her daughter saying, “ I am going to teach you a lesson.” Out of the blue, she started parenting me. Let me reiterate this, I simply came in here for a service and she started getting angry simply because I was asking her questions about my eyelashes, and she started pointing at my face. I have never experienced this type of situation in my life; it was truly humiliating. I am fully in shock. I have never written a review before for any place even if I had a bad experience but this situation was overboard and absurd in every way. Regardless of age, I believe everyone should respect one another. Lastly, I won’t say my exact age but I am an adult.

the lady that was doing my nails exaggerated on the polka dots i asked for even when i showed her a picture and she messed up on one nail and still had the audacity leave it how it was! NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

The employees did not even greet me when I came into the place...very bad service. There are other places near here that are much better.
