Very unsanitary. As a cosmetology student I witnessed the use of clean up brushes which are never supposed to be used on the public because they cannot be properly disinfected. My nail tech cut my cuticle multiple times and then proceeded to spray the nail file he used on me with alcohol so he could reuse. Nail files are absolutely NEVER to be reused. How nasty and they were over priced. Never coming back.

My nail tech was super sweet and my appointment was right on schedule. She did a great job with my dip manicure and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them. Plus their prices are reasonable compared to a few other local shops. (To remove my old dip and do a new set it was $45)

I was visiting a friend in Cleveland and booked an appointment with her. I was able to get a manicure from Linda. I love talking with her and my nails look wonderful. Next time I'm in Ohio I will visit this lovely spot again.

I witnessed a nail tech ask a woman who she voted for and then got upset when she disagreed with her and gave her the silent treatment while the client remained nuetral. This is very unacceptable and it made me feel uncomfortable.
