I went to this place for the first time on Friday. The place looks really nice! Neat clean pretty. I got the dip powder which costs $40 and I was not at all satisfied with the results. Instead of a smooth shiny finish, I got a grainy look. I called the next day and was told to come in so she can fix it. She did fix it, but then the acrylic broke 2 days later smdh. Safe to say that is my first and last visit. Go back to my original place where dip powder is $30 and actually lasts 2+ weeks.

Service was great, atmosphere was soft and relaxing and my pedicure with hot stone massage felt wonderful!

My adult daughter & I have been here several times. It is superb. VERY Clean, Very nice attendants. I get my calluses scrubbed off too & they do a great job on that. I usually make an appointment. My polish stays on for several weeks. Recommend highly.

Latest gel manicure lasted 2 days (last one at this place)! Not enough time under the UV light, not enough polish used, and no massage to speak of. Every time I mentioned something, they pretended to not understand you. You can get a much better experience right up the road. This place is not going to last. Terrible customer service.

Today I went to this place to get a pedicure and to get tips and a manicure on my nails. I haven't gotten my nails done in about 6 years, as it isn't my thing, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, they did not deliver. The woman that did my nails was rushing, and she didn't take the time to properly buff out my tips, so they were thick and chunky. I asked her to fix them, and she replied with "they are fine". Only when I made a scene did she fix half of my nails and properly buff them out. She also put 2 coats of nail Polish on, however the second coat did not completely cover my nail, so they have a chunky appearance. When I asked her to fix them she replied that she was busy with another client. She also left nail Polish on the side of my fingers and cuticles, which should have been cleaned with nail Polish remover. Overall, she did an extremely sloppy job. My total was 60 bucks plus an 8 dollar tip, and she had me pay before she painted my nails. Had I paid afterward, she would not have received that much. Overall, I am highly disappointed in the quality of the manicure I received for the amount of money I paid. I would have been better off going to a cheaper salon, where I would have paid less and received the same quality. The salon looks extremely fancy, however the talent simply doesn't measure up.
