I was recently a patient at the healthcare resort. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the many activities they provided for the residents/patients. The meals were delicious. Several of the residents and I have remained friends since being discharged. I would highly recommend "The Healthcare Resort" to anyone who needs rehabilitation from surgery or perhaps is just looking for a new home.

My mother was in need of assisted living due to a devastating diagnosis of ovarian cancer. She also had to have two colostomy bags attached to her. Her condition put her in need of special care. Our time at the facility was just short of four months. The staff at Health Care Resort of Olathe were amazing. From the front office, the daily nursing staff, the cleaning crew and the cafeteria staff everyone was great. Even though the occasional hiccup would happen the overall experience was positive and I would change nothing. Thank you Health Care Resort of Olathe!

I love the feeling of "life happening" when I enter this facility! Seeing residents engaging with one another and having fun together is inspiring. The new Executive Director is making great things happen in this facility and she is focused on providing a quality patient experience. I love seeing that!

They don't pay their employees. Worked 3 days & got sick had doctors excuse because I was contagious & then terminated. If you get terminated you don't get paid. I have the documentation. They keep saying they mailed out the check. Its 3 days away from being a month and no payroll check. All they did was mail put a survey on my on the job training. No intention of paying their employees.
There wasn't any staff TO provide training after the first night. They quit.

My grandmother was recently a guest at The Healthcare Resort of Olathe and we were truly pleased with her care. The therapy team was AMAZING and it was such a blessing to see my grandmother regain her strength. She really enjoyed all of the fun activities and getting to know the friendly staff. I would certainly recommend this lovely facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation after surgery.
