I chose to go here because of the awesome reviews after I broke a nail and needed it to be repaired. Nail tech seemed really inexperienced and drilled THROUGH my nail, burning me. She then used the wrong color and when I asked her to fix it she pretended to not understand what I was saying. It took her over an hour to do one nail. I won’t be back.

Even manly men go here! First time for a pedi. My wife loves this place and since I tend to do a horrible job cutting my toe nails, I finally agreed to go. Great, friendly staff! They instantly put you at ease. My feet feel great and my toes feel even better. Thanks for the great experience!

I love how Tammy does my nails, I've been going there for years. Lina is great doing pedis, awesome massages.

Our nail jobs were great. My problem is that everything was dirty with nail dust and spots. I was highly disappointed as this is a new shopping area close to home. Their equipment, various jars of nail powders were all cluttered at each station, and half-drunk water bottles at each station. I can deal with no music, no TV (there are two TV's that were off), not being offered a little water as the nail tech chugged from his water bottle in front of me and sitting in folding chairs IF everything was neat and clean! We were asked to switch stations. So I switched with another customer. The nail tech couldn't even take time to take a paper towel from the full roll of paper towels hanging from their station to wipe everything down. The first station I was at had no towel so our arms rested on dusty cold granite. Sorry but I will be going back up Parmer where we are offered a clean, neat, comfortable environment with water, wine, large TVs, nice relaxing music - for the same price. (No, I'm not from another nail salon which is why I won't mention the place)

This place was great and very nice staff I love my nail Tammy never forgets and number. 😉 I will definitely go back
