New hotel that is beautifully decorated, modern architecture with very nice executive room. King bed with very large walk in shower and lounge chair to relax in. Breakfast is complimentary with lots of selections. Fast check in and check out service. Nicely priced.

This hotel is great. The staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Parking lot has plenty of spaces and can fit larger vehicles and trailers if needed. Breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express. Served on time and attendee well. Rooms and public areas have always been clean.

Good place to stay but I booked my room via Expedia.com to minimize time at front desk. I paid in full before arriving but was charged at hotel. After traveling home I realized the mistake the hotel made and called to fix the issue. At first, I was told they could not see the issue in system. After multiple tries I finally got the hotel to fix error. Instead of just putting the money that should of never been deducted from my account back into my account. Was told by front desk clerk, that it will take 30 DAYS for the money to be returned to my account. Mistakes happen daily but it should never take 30+ days to correct the mistake. Very unhappy customer!

Clean and quiet. Good breakfast , 24 coffee. WiFi is fast. A lot of amenities. Parking is great. Easy access to shopping and Greenville . Fast check in and out.

Another great stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff professional. Housekeeper ran down stairs from third floor to give me my phone charger I had left in room. Nice breakfast. Cookies coffee tea 24 hours a day.
