Thanks, Professional Nails for the lovely toenail infection! Never had one until I visited your salon. I didn't post about your rude technician or the poor pedicure, thinking perhaps it was a bad day. But a nail infection? Disgusting.

Walked in for the first time since I wanted a quick pedicure during my Jury Duty lunch. Not too busy, and they have a lot of workers. Greeted as you walk in, looks clean and modern. Amazing gel color selection like 10 shades on nude pinks(my fav). Everyone around me seemed to be enjoying their services except for me. I would give this place another try but I won’t let Bryan service me again, he is heavy handed. Very aggressive and probably hates that humans have pinky toe’s. Overall the place is 5 Stars rating, but Bryan oh man! After he colored my toes I cut my full service pedicure because he seriously hurt one of my toes and I didn’t want him touching me anymore. No mini massage or warm towel for me.

Professionail is extremely unprofessional. My daughter and I went in yesterday approx 3:15 pm for them to remove our acrylics and although busy I was attended to rather quickly. Chris was the person who assisted me with taking my acrylics off while my daughter had to wait. He started off by saying do I want a manicure and I replied no. Then Chris says, $10.00 and I said, all I want are my nails off. Chris says no, $10.00 to take off acrylics. I said that's fine. Chris began by using the electric nail filer to take off my nail polish. Then Chris began to cut every nail at the corner with nail clippers. Chris then took a nail tip from the box of nails and started to push it between my nail and the acrylic to separate the nails. When I noticed he had 9 nails to do so, I told him aren't you going to use solution. Chris said solution takes 30 mins and this is faster. Clearly, Chris was in a rush however he continued to take each acrylic off using this method, damaging my real nails in the process. Throughout this process, he would stop and pull out his cell phone and text whoever he was trying to get in contact with. Chris filed my nails with electric nail filer to the point that my pinky started burning and buffed them all to smoothness. At the end of the torcher, he put cuticle oil and asked me to go wash my hands. While washing my hands I noticed that not all the acrylics were off my nail, so at the end, all of his efforts went to waste. Chris was sloppy, unprofessional and rushing to get to the next customer. Thank god he didn't assist in removing my daughter's nails bc I would've not let that happen to her. I paid $20.00, $10 for my horrible nail removal that left my nails soft and ripped apart and for my daughter's nails removal. We ended up coming home and filing and buffing and removing the rest of the acrylics ourselves. No Tip and will not be returning. I will take my business back to Thousand Oaks where they know how to cater to clients and there needs. Stay away from this place and Chris if at all possible.

Love this place! Everyone is always kind and they are always clean and professional. My favorite person to see for a mani is Jenni or Brian and my favorite pedi person is Cody!! Cody is kind and always takes his time and does a GREAT job!!!! 💅❤

I rarely give bad reviews, but this is a must. I have LITERALLY been coming here for 15 years, mostly for pedicures, but occasionally a manicure. I went to the same lady here the bulk of that time, and on rare occasion I had to see someone else. Most are awful, and the way its run and has always been run, is like a cattle call. I just got lucky with her but she left over a year ago. Reason for my review, is that I recently have been having acrylics done. Initial job was good. The 2nd was so so, and the guy used a totally different color so it just looked odd. Third time, the guy butchered my nails, including my real nail underneath, and tore them. Looked horrible and was painful. Owner offered a free fill to make up for it, but unfortunately, I'm done with the place. Not worth it, and I don't want to give them my business anymore. My mom had it with them a while back and found a new place too. If you find yourself in a pinch for a pedi and must go there, see Lily. She's the only decent one there anymore.
