Nikki is an incredibly talented nail technician & artist. I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 10+ years & I’ve lived in multiple major cities. I’m extremely rough on my nails & I’ve never been able to go more than 1.5-2 weeks between fills without most of my nails lifting really badly. I have no idea how Nikki does it but I can easily go 3 weeks between fills without any lifting. I went 5 weeks without any lifting & still had all of my stones when the pandemic started & I finally had to soak them off myself when the salon was closed. Her shaping is incredible & the designs she does always get so many complements. I can’t get her amazing stiletto nails because I don’t trust myself with them. If you love acrylics & you don’t go to Nikki you’re really missing out. She’s also super nice & helpful when I’m not sure exactly what I want. I highly recommend her & it’s worth the wait to get in the schedule. Just don’t forget to book your fill before you leave.

Amazing!! I always get great service here from the front desk to the nail techs!! There are too many great nail techs to name, but Kayla always does my nails and they always look amazing and she is so sweet and funny and talented!! Tuan, Elsa, and Sophia have done my nails in the past as well and have always done a wonderful job and were so professional and wonderful! I literally won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Sophia was wonderful! She helped me pick a color and did the best SNS manicure I’ve had. My nails are the perfect shape and the dip is not too thick. I will definitely be back.

I did a walk-in and asked if they could have someone just remove my acrylic nails. I was taken by a lady within minutes (which was amazing) and she took off the gel. She told me that my nails needed to soak for 20 minutes. However, I sat there for around 45 minutes unattended and it wasn’t until the women next to me finished her appointment and told the people up front that I was forgotten for someone to come up to me and assist me. A man then came and finished polishing up my nails but even so he seemed very irritated with me and left my nails looking rough.
My hands were completely dried out and he did not put any oil or lotion on when he finished. I ended up paying $17 for my nails to be removed and left a $5 tip for the man as I felt bad that he might have been busy. I’m not one to leave a poor review, but it took my over an hour to have them removed and I had to go home and fix them myself.

Last picture Is what I asked for and the other three are what I got. I’m not even sure what shape my thumbnail ended up being. It’s outside the realm of geometry. I paid $68 for this. I got an acrylic base and gel polish on top. Which seems like a ridiculous short cut because that will result in patchy nail color, which it did. I made sure to communicate throughout what I wanted and tried to trust the process. I will never go back and I’m thoroughly disappointed considering what rave reviews this establishment has gotten. I could have done better myself at home but decided to treat myself. I soaked them off immediately when I got home. Had I not had to rush home because it took two hours to receive garbage, I would’ve demanded they soak them off there. My tech’s name was Tony. He was very obviously rushing the entire time.
