I had an appointment today for a body massage an it was the worse experience I have had . I was here before about a year or so ago and my experience was excellent so I decided to come again and this time was a total disappointment the place looks overcrowded with many counters, tables and Stuff everywhere. The ambiance is tense and not very professional. The girl that work with me not very experienced and not very friendly. She rush me to the room and very quickly explain what was I supposed to do, she left the room and I was kind of surprised of how in a rush she make me feel. I mentioned to her I wanted a soft massage but she still was harsh and I couldn’t relax the entire time I was on the table I was looking forward to my appointment but never again this place is completely different now . I definitely would not recommend it any more.

Came in around 7, business closes at 9pm. I last minute had to get mani pedis for myself and 2 of my daughters for a wedding that got the timeline pushed up. They couldn't fit me in but accommodated the other wedding party which was nice. However, not sure if it's the cultural divide, but service came off as rude from the technicians. Prices were very decently priced.

I had my eyebrows waxed. Did not turn out fleeky. She missed enough hair to write a review.
