Even when you're a walk-in and they are really busy, they still get you out in a timely fashion and beautifully done.

Did a great job and just now needing to get a fill and it’s been almost a month! And I never knew about cats eyes designs and they did that for me and came out really good!!

I got a full set and the guy who did my nails aggressively grabbed my hands and left my nails crooked he also didn’t even try they are so ugly and the nail polish is already chipping . Waste of 30 dollars.

I've been a customer there for 18 years and the reality is that there is no customer loyalty at the shop and an appointment is insignificant unless you are the first appointment of the day. If you schedule an appointment and they have a walk-in right before you arrive for your appointment that walk-in will be in the chair when you get there and you will be asked to wait for an hour or better until they're done with that
