Everyone was super friendly and attentive, and I was even offered coffee while I waited. I went to get my brows done and it came out really nice. The salon was very clean. Overall a lovely experience.

Went here on a whim, after numerous attempts at other salons, and met Angela. She was skilled and receptive to what I was looking for. My daughters hair looks incredible and she is excited to see Angela. Thanks

I have had many services completed at Avalon and I have been very pleased with the people and relaxing, quiet atmosphere. The technicians are professional and strive for customer satisfaction. The front of house staff is very courteous and helpful and always pleasant when you walk in the door. Tracy makes you feel like an invited guest/family member who they are very happy to have return.

Avalon Salon & Day Spa has changed dramatically since the new owner, Tracy brought her "Southern Hospitality" to Parma Ohio. You could feel it as soon as you walk through the front door, the friendless from the staff in which I do not even receive services with, will look up & say, "hi Rosemary".
Kathy, one of the staff that takes care of my facial hair waxing, eye brow shaping, manicure & pedicures is outstanding. She takes the time in explaining treatments that will help my skin & nails but does not over sell them or the products.
Also, I would not have a problem utilizing other staff members as I have observed all of them doing a professional job & are happy at what they do in which makes it a relaxing experience for me. The pricing is fair & the receipt always shows a breakdown of charges. I really thought my husband would get me a Gift Certificate for Christmas.....Oh, well maybe my birthday!
