i went thursday with my friend for the first time, and i got a gel manicure. today, 3 nails came right off, and after a shower, every nail peeled right off! so angry!! the place is great, everyone is friendly and they give nice massages, but gel manicure is horrible and i have to find somewhere else to go. So disappointed!

These are nice folks who do a great job for less because they add things like a neck massage with hot stones that is complimentary while your nails
are drying. The shop is clean; the operators pleasant and willing to do as you ask. I have been going for several years and have not been disappointed.

it was awful!
Went with a friend to get pedi's.
WE got the same pedicure( the more expensive one) so we could catch up on our families, her pedicure ended in 20 minutes, mine was close to 50 minutes!
We paid for the same pedicure.
When we discussed this with the owner, she screamed at us, at her husband, and the staff who did the better pedicure.
She Can not speak English and pretends to not understand it!
Is all about making money.
Does not care about customer satisfaction.
Knows how to tell you how much you owe her , even when service poor.
Does not care if you are satisfied, only speaks Korean.
Very Dissatisfied. Save your money, you will not enjoy your experience.
Will rush your service , no consistency.
Staff do not speak English either.
Husband very nice, but Owner yelled at him too!

Very nice staff. Took their time getting my nails perfect! Nice atmosphere too :) definitely going back
