I purchased tickets in January 2020 for a NewsBoy concert to be held in May then rescheduled in August without notification which has also been canceled to to COV-19. I have been unable to go to the Ticket office to receive a refund because the box office has been closed, nor have they posted when they will open to address refunds. I will never purchase tickets again at this Venus. This is poor leadership demonstrated at its finest from Grand Prairie, TX

This is the best venue for every concert! Great staff, service, bathrooms are usually clean and drink options that are good. Specialty drinks a little high so definitely bring your cash if you plan to eat or drink ($10-$18 for drinks...food around the same). All in all a great venue and setup every single time!!!!

Entertainment is always great. However the sound crew needs to get it together. People pay good money to see a show with good sound quality. It shouldn't sound like I'm listening to the radio from an alarm clock. I need to feel the beat!!! I have come to this conclusion after several shows.

My ABSOLUTE favorite venue for concerts. Inside, air conditioning or heat as the weather dictates, every seat is a great seat! Just wish they could book more artists...this place is Far superior than Dos whatever out in Dallas, and a whole lot safer!!

Hubby and I had s great time. Chris Tucker was funny as ever. Enjoyed the show
